Diastema distal

38 year old female: With orthodontic treatment a diastema was closed. It was decided to do further dental regulation. A deformed 12 was to be restored with composite.
Also there was a little more retro position in the upper fornt which caused a near end-to-end occlusion with a traumatized 11. Materials of choice; Clearfil SE Bond, Quadrant Anterior Shine A2 with a base of Filtek XT A3B and A2B. finishing with Diamond Horico FG and softflex. Bracket removed and 11 polished.
