21 (crown) and 22 (avital) not in line with elements
- 21 sandblasted, porcelain etch and silanisation
- 22 cut back
Both rebuilt with Quadrant Anterior Shine OA 35, A3, A2 and I
24 and 14 slightly adapted with Quadrant Anterior Shine A3.5 and A3
