Hein de Kloet (1949, Amsterdam) studied dentistry at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Since his graduation in 1974 he has been exploring the possibilities of the Total Etch technique, first from child dentistry, later more intensively from his own practice.
Hein de Kloet was appointed head of the department of child dentistry at the university of Amsterdam in 1982, but in part dew to(misguided) cutbacks within the Dutch dental education decided to set up his own practice in Arnhem, the Netherlands five years later.
In his own practice he dedicated himself almost entirely too esthetic dentistry and produced dozens of publications in this area, 2 of witch (together with Joost Roeters) in the form of books.
Yearly Hein de Kloet teaches several PAOT courses in the area of esthetic dentistry (with Hans van Pelt for the ACTA and the NiVVT), 4 mouth photography courses (with Ellert Kramer en Klaas-Jan van Egmond) besides being nationally and internationally in great demand as a speaker. |
