Sept. 1995 - Dentist exam at the Academic Centre of Dentistry in Amsterdam
During my study years:
- Secretary of the Students Council ACTA from 1991 up to and including 1995
- Editor of “BoomDasjee” , the two-monthly magazine of the Favervuta faculty society in 1992 and 1993
- Elected member of the Faculty Board ACTA 1993 to 1994
- Member of the organizing committee of the First European Dental Students Congress
Work experience
- From February 1997 until today: dental practice in Langedijk, in collaboration with my wife.
- From 1993 up to and including 1998: teacher of dentistry at the Academic Centre of Dentistry in Amsterdam (as a student-assistant until September 1995).
- 1995 / 1996: setting up and working as a dentist in the Homeless Project of the Academic Centre of Dentistry in Amsterdam (providing affordable and accessible dental care to asylum-seekers and homeless people).
- From 1999 until today: working (on a free-lance basis) at the technical service department of CAVEX Holland BV.
- Special areas of interest: orthodontics, aesthetic dentistry and prosthodontics.
