Improved Quadrant composite capsules

Improvements are continuous processes within our company. As a result we can inform you that based upon the obtained experiences with the actual Quadrant composite capsule we are now ready for some adaptations in the capsule.

1.Capsule Cap:
The material itself is not changed however, the thickness increased and the shape is rounder. The advantage is that the cap has an easier grip to open and there is less chance on defects.
Besides, the material of the cap has become denser. This has the advantage that it overcomes premature hardening due to the influence of light and chemicals

2.Capsule Plunger:
The most recognisable change concerns the plunger. The former black plunger is replaced by a white plunger. The advantage of this change is that the user can easily control how much material is left in the capsule.

The production of the Quadrant composite with this new capsules has already been started end 2007. The introduction towards the end-users will gradually follow during 2008.
